1. Services Provided

CoachOnDemand (“Platform”) connects clients with independent coaches for personal, professional, and wellness development. We do not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Coaching is non-therapeutic and forward-focused.

2. Independent Contractor Coaches

Coaches listed on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of CoachOnDemand. We do not control their specific methods and do not guarantee results.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All coaching packages are paid in full before sessions begin.
• Refunds are available only as outlined in our Refund Policy (if applicable).
• Prorated refunds for unused sessions may be provided at our sole discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
• Provide accurate information to your coach.
• Accept full responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Results depend on your effort, commitment, and circumstances. CoachOnDemand cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

Coaches must keep client information confidential except where disclosure is required by law. CoachOnDemand may access limited session information for operations and quality assurance and will not disclose personal information without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

CoachOnDemand is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching services, including lost profits, emotional distress, or personal injury.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
